Yes, clients provide their own hair and extensions. I can recommend brands and quantities for your chosen style — just ask during booking.
Please give at least 24 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment within 30 days.
It varies. Small box braids take 8 to 10 hours, simple cornrows 2 to 3 hours. Check the pricing page for estimates per style.
Travel within the main service areas is generally included. Locations further out may incur a small charge, discussed at booking.
Cash or M-Pesa. A deposit is required to secure your slot, with the balance due on completion of service.
